What does the training program include (machine operation, maintenance, production process management…)?
The training is planned to guide workers from basic levels to proficient machine use, covering mechanical knowledge, operation, and production. It includes: machine structure and functions, production operation, quality control of raw materials and finished products.
How long is the average training period for a production line?
PSL Machinery conducts training in parallel with production, providing direct guidance for 6 months on the installed line as per customer requirements. The program is designed to be in-depth, easy to understand, and highly practical.
After training, does the company provide documents or instructional videos for workers to easily refer back to?
Instructional materials are always ready and delivered upon machine handover, and can also be customized to customers’ special requirements. Training is part of PSL Machinery’s comprehensive solution package, aiming to improve local labor skills and product quality.
If workers encounter problems during operation later, does the company provide additional training remotely or onsite?
In case of any issues, professional engineers will stay on-site to provide direct support during the warranty period of the entire production line. In addition, PSL Machinery has an experienced local team based in Africa (Tanzania, Ivory Coast, Guinea-Bissau) who can work directly at customers’ factories.
Which customers does the buyback guarantee policy apply to?

Besides machinery, does the company provide installation, test run, and complete handover services?
PSL Machinery offers a comprehensive solution from design, installation, and operation, which are thoroughly surveyed, researched, and tailored to each customer’s specific requirements. Does the company handle factory layout design and production line arrangement?
PSL Machinery has a team of highly qualified and experienced professionals who directly design factories according to requirements, meeting construction and installation standards based on the site conditions and the desired production capacity.
Does the machinery manufacturing process meet ISO 9001 quality management standards?
Our machinery production process complies with Vietnam’s strict standards regarding materials and product quality. The machines deliver stable capacity as required, with a low kernel breakage rate.
Do food processing machines meet safety standards such as ISO 22000 or HACCP?
All our food processing equipment is made of SUS304/SUS316 stainless steel, meeting food hygiene and safety requirements. The production process follows a one-way principle, easy to clean and maintain, preventing cross-contamination. Therefore, the system is fully suitable for operation under international food safety standards such as ISO 22000 and HACCP.
If customers want to export products to high-standard markets such as the U.S., do the finished products meet FDA hygiene, production, residue, and food safety standards?
PSL Machinery’s cashew kernels are produced under CGMP standards, using stainless steel equipment and a one-way process ensuring hygiene. We also apply a foreign-object control system and use vacuum-sealed, nitrogen-flushed food-grade packaging. With these measures, our products fully meet FDA hygiene and food safety requirements for export to the U.S.
What is the percentage of broken or damaged kernels during shelling by machine?
As a machinery and production solution provider, we can strictly control the breakage rate during shelling. Typically, it is maintained at 8–10%. With modern machinery combined with optimal drying and humidifying processes, we can reduce it below 8%, ensuring high whole-kernel yield and superior product quality.
What type of energy does the production line use?
The closed production line runs entirely on electricity. In addition, we can install combustion chambers that utilize local surplus resources such as wood, coal, cashew shells, or waste oil for heating. In areas with unstable grid electricity, we can also provide solar power generation solutions with photovoltaic systems.
Under standard operating conditions, if the breakage rate exceeds the committed level, what warranty or technical support policies are available?
The standard warranty policy ranges from 6–12 months depending on the equipment, applicable to all PSL Machinery customers. If, under standard operating conditions, the kernel breakage rate exceeds the initially committed level due to equipment defects, we are ready to fix, replace, or repair to restore it to the committed level.
