Classifying RCN

- With advanced color sorting and camera, it separates cashews into raw kernels, split kernels (50/50), and sizes. The camera is set 0.7 m above the conveyor to prevent oil splashes, ensuring accuracy and durability.
Drying and humidifying

- Higher overall capacity with 10 single carts, making it more suitable for large-scale drying operations. Fireproof foam panel walls ensure safety during the heating session.
Peeling

- The system ensures to maintain a breakage rate of less than 10%. With higher productivity (up to 450 kg/h), stable peeling performance, and low power consumption, it is ideal for cost-saving and efficient operations.
Packaging

- Equipped with 1.5 kW dust vibrator, 5 HP fan, 2 HP air compressor, and 4 HP vacuum pump, the system supports 25 lbs & 50 lbs packaging with nitrogen control. Compact, energy-saving design ensures up to 450 kg/h productivity and stable peeling performance.
