PSL Machinery Welcomes Ghana’s High-Level Delegations to Vietnam

PSL Machinery has officially welcomed Dr. Andrews Osei Okrah, Chief Executive Officer of Ghana’s Tree Crops Development Authority (TCDA), and Ms. Alexandra Asiamah, Head of the Representative Office of the Embassy of the Republic of Ghana in Malaysia, to Vietnam for a working visit aimed at advancing bilateral cooperation in the cashew processing industry.

PSL Machinery welcomes Dr. Andrews Osei Okrah – CEO of Ghana’s Tree Crops Development Authority (TCDA) and Ms. Alexandra Asiamah – Head of Chancery of the Ghana High Commission in Malaysia to Vietnam.

The visit carries clear strategic weight. Under the explicit directive of H.E. John Dramani Mahama, President of the Republic of Ghana, TCDA has been mandated to actively pursue investment, value addition, and sustainable industrial development across the country’s cashew sector. As Ghana’s primary regulatory and development authority for strategic tree crops, the authority plays a central role in the country’s broader agricultural industrialization agenda. Its delegation’s arrival in Vietnam signals a direct expression of national policy priorities.

PSL Machinery is globally recognized for its expertise in supplying automated cashew processing machinery and delivering advanced turnkey cashew processing factories to clients across multiple continents. The company’s end-to-end cashew factory solutions range from individual processing equipment to the full design and commissioning of industrial-scale facilities. This breadth of capability makes PSL Machinery well-positioned to meet TCDA’s requirements for modern, efficient, and scalable cashew processing infrastructure in Ghana. It is within this context that PSL Machinery is honoured to accompany Ghana and TCDA in translating their domestic processing ambitions into concrete industrial outcomes.

Both parties expect the working visit to establish the foundation for a formal strategic partnership. The collaboration aims to open a new chapter in Vietnam-Ghana industrial cooperation and grow Ghana’s domestic cashew processing capacity. More broadly, the partnership reflects a growing trend in cross-continental agricultural cooperation. Countries with strong raw crop production increasingly turn to established processing hubs like Vietnam to develop higher-value industries domestically, and Ghana is now actively moving in that direction. PSL Machinery remains committed to supporting Ghana’s vision for a more competitive, self-sufficient cashew industry.
